These Terms of Use govern your use of Privela. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Privela provides local organization for Photos, Videos, Audio, Files, Notes, and Links in a PIN-protected Primary Vault. Privela Pro can add one independent Secondary Vault with its own PIN. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for keeping your device, PIN, and backup settings secure.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you import, capture, store, or export with Privela. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to store and manage that content.

No Cloud Backup Service

Privela is not a cloud storage or backup service. Saved Links store addresses, not offline copies of web pages. If you delete the app, erase your device, lose access to your device, or forget recovery information, locally stored content may be permanently unavailable. Maintain your own backups when needed.

Browser Access and Device Migration

Browser Access and Device Migration are intended for use only on trusted WiFi networks. Browser Access is a temporary local service. Device Migration requires compatible devices on the same network. Stop Browser Access when you are finished and keep devices unlocked while a migration is in progress.

Privela Pro

Privela Pro is available as an annual auto-renewing subscription and a one-time lifetime non-consumable purchase, both processed by Apple. The App Store displays the applicable price and terms before purchase. The annual subscription renews automatically at the end of each one-year period unless canceled before renewal; you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings using Apple's subscription instructions. The lifetime purchase does not automatically renew. You can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible purchase for the Apple Account that made it. Billing, payment, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable terms and policies. Pro does not include cloud storage.

Advertising

Privela may display advertising supplied by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob. Advertising availability, format, and personalization may vary by region, device settings, and consent choices. Third-party advertising services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Privela to store, transfer, or manage content that violates applicable law, infringes others' rights, or is harmful, abusive, or exploitative.

Disclaimer

Privela is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data recovery, or compatibility with every device, network, or backup configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of content, or loss of access.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Privela or its content. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
