These Terms of Use govern your use of CalculatorOne+. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

CalculatorOne+ provides a private local vault for storing photos and videos on your device. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for keeping your device, passcode, and backup settings secure.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you import, capture, store, or export with CalculatorOne+. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to store and manage that content.

No Cloud Backup Service

CalculatorOne+ is not a cloud storage or backup service. If you delete the app, erase your device, lose access to your device, or forget recovery information, your vault content may be permanently unavailable. Maintain your own backups when needed.

WiFi Transfer

WiFi Transfer is intended for use only on trusted WiFi networks. Anyone who can access the transfer page while the feature is active may be able to interact with the transfer session. Stop WiFi Transfer when you are finished.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use CalculatorOne+ to store, transfer, or manage content that violates applicable law, infringes others' rights, or is harmful, abusive, or exploitative.

Disclaimer

CalculatorOne+ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data recovery, or compatibility with every device, network, or backup configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of content, or loss of access.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for CalculatorOne+ or its content. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
